The system allows you to manage all of your orders, regardless of whether they are paid online with the card, or if the payment method you choose is "ramburs". Depending on your chosen service package, we can send you a new order or you can use the existing mailbox. All of these orders will be visible in the online administration of your account.
We can count on a very high approval rate. Typically, the approval rate is over 90% of the total transactions sent to our system. However, we try to lower the transaction rate by immediately contacting each client who has not completed the transaction correctly.
Any order approved by the issuing bank may be canceled (returned) in agreement with you and your customer. Please note that online cancellation can be made within 6 months of the transaction date.
Once your account is approved, you will get access to the order management part. Initiate your account will be configured for "Test", so you can test your site's connection to EuPayment.eu . Once we agree that you have finished testing, your account is passed to the production system. From this moment you started trading. Normally, the tests last between 1 and 5 days.
EuPayment.eu can help you accept payment cards issued anywhere in the world under the Visa and MasterCard logo. EuPayment.eu is easy to configure and use. All you need is a computer connected to the Internet. Access your EuPayment.eu account and you can track at any time the sales situation on your site (or sites).
With EuPayment.eu you will be able to get payments made with any type of card issued under the Visa or MasterCard logo. Even electronic cards (which do not have the CVV2 / CVC2 security code) are accepted. At the same time, salary cards and "Valid only in Romania" are accepted.
You will start trading as soon as your merchant account is approved by us, and your site is online. You will receive a password and a username to access EuPayment.eu account.
